At first glance, Olivia appears to be a numbers' person, but as you get to know her, this perception quickly fades away. What truly lies beneath the calculations, is a people person. With a degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas, she has successfully taken hold of the financial helm at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty since 2008.
Olivia is most proud of Lake's Sotheby’s, “agent-driven culture”, not the outward recognition and accolades they receive for sales. She’s found when an agent feels valued and appreciated and belongs to a great company culture, they’re going to do whatever it takes to make clients happy.
The more you get to know her, the more you realize Olivia is a lot of things: a grinder, thoughtful, meticulous and detail-oriented. First and foremost, she loves and appreciates the people she gets to work with every day at the agency she calls home.
